The Ferrari 550 is an Italian sports car, the design of which was co-responsible for the Pininfarina design office. The car was presented to the public for the first time in 1996 at the race track in Nurburg. Its serial production started in the same year and lasted until 2002. During its course, 3,600 copies of this car were created.

The Ferrari 550 was developed as the successor to the successful Testarossa model. Compared to its predecessor, it had many changes. First of all, the design of the exterior and interior of the vehicle has been significantly changed. It was also powered by a new power unit with a significantly higher maximum power, which was mounted at the front of the car, and not - as in the Testarossa model - at the rear, which turned out to be standard in many later models of this brand. The Ferrari 550 car is powered by a 485 HP 12-cylinder Tipo F133 engine, which is able to propel the car to 320 km / h, accelerating from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.6 seconds! The Ferrari 550 was replaced in the company's lineup before the 575 M Maranello model. The price of a used Ferrari 550 oscillates around 75-90 thousand. euro.
